V-Tex

V-TEX is a Volkl Tennis innovation for butt caps. The V-TEX butt cap is made of silicone polymer rather than hard plastic so it offers better resistance to cracking, shrinking or moving.

For you, the player, the V-TEX butt cap helps dampen harmful vibration which would normally make it to your hand. It also gives Volkl Tennis racquets better feel by reducing that feel of the racquet twisting in your hand due to the torque of
an off-center hit.
